Fairness: We price our services in order to allow our clients to benefit, and also in order to maintain a healthy work environment for our team. Excessive overtime and rushed deadlines are not an acceptable policy at Exis. Burned out/tired team members provide lower quality assets, and quality is a mainstay of our development process. Quality: We ensure quality in everything that we do by spending the required time to perform a task. We optimize the pipeline where possible, and automate repetitive tasks. We work with our clients to understand their art style, and reflect that in our work. More over, our artists communicate with each other in order to maintain the cohesive quality and vision of the assets. We match colors, match styles, and match animations to our client's project, ensuring that there will be a seamless integration.

Competence: Exis does not employ artists who do not have a very firm knowledge of the asset development pipeline. We do not risk our client's assets with unproven talent. It's part of our core value system to hire top quality personnel, and to continually review their output. We are dedicated to what we do. Constant improvement is the focal point in a creative work environment. Individual competence is respected and valued and, similarly, teamwork is encouraged. Our work culture recognizes and rewards performance rather than entitlement.

Modernization: Exis keeps up to date with all of the latest industry standards. Additionally, we experiment with new and unproven techniques, in order to develop new methods of asset development. This is done on our time, and the benefit is given to the client by way of faster and higher quality media.

Adaptability: The idea of an "environment artist", a "character artist", or an "effects artist" is slowly creeping into the collective nomenclature. Exis maintains it's adaptability to our clients needs by assigning the right person to the task. Additionally, our proven network of associates encompasses the entire spectrum of visual media.
